Hello and Welcome!
My name is Chiara Mecozzi and I’m a live mixed media artist painter.
I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From an early age, I was exposed to the artist’s life through my mother Miriam Costanza, a prominent painter. Growing up in an artist’s studio, I developed skills and a curiosity for the Arts that led me to pursue an education in the field. After graduating from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Art History and a minor in Fine Arts, I began my career as a painter and photographer.
I started live painting 5 years ago when I was asked to paint a 6 x 6 ft mural in a McDonald’s Activation and since that experience, I haven’t stopped. I’m hooked!
Painting in front of a crowd is so enthralling to me. The energy and excitement that surround me fills me with inspiration and I particularly love how each live painting performance is completely unique from the other. I enjoy working closely with each client to make sure that the design and live painting best fits their event and theme offering different alternatives and creative ideas.
