WHAT IS LIVE ART?

Live art is a form of capturing people’s attention and connecting with them. As I paint my mixed media live artworks, people connect with me and the art work they are seeing come to life. It taps into their senses and creates a sense of awe, wonder, and excitement as they see how each element that I incorporate into the work, brings it together. I also almost always incorporate the audience as part of the artwork!

Every live painting and experience is unique and custom for each client.

HI, I’M CHIARA MECOZZI!

I’m a fine artist and photographer. I grew up in my mother’s painting studio and always knew that I wanted to be an artist. After graduating with a BA in Art History with both a minor in painting and drawing, I pursued my passion and have been working as an artist ever since.

For the past 8 years, I have been working with brands and clients introducing a very unique and creative experience for their events and activations. I paint large scale paintings and murals from start to finish in activations and events, using branding materials, incorporating the crowd, and bringing a very artistic element. I have worked with McDonalds, Volvo, Aerie, BCBG, at weddings, corporate events, and more. 

My biggest inspiration is human connection, and through live painting I am able connect with my audience, feel their energy, engage with them, and paint with all the inspiration they give me.
